Student Athletes’ Training :
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays only, 3:45-4:45 p.m. for age 10-12 yr olds
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays , 4:30-5:30 p.m., Fridays 4:45-5:45 p.m. for age 13 & up

<<<Each program below is offered as group training with generalized programming, however we also offer individualized programming for each of these programs (or any combination of these programs) to members and non-members alike to meet your individual goals and needs.>>>


Group Fitness Program

This program is for those looking to improve and or maintain their highest level of fitness.  Longevity in health and mobility is key to staying fit and these classes will get you there by incorporating weightlifting, gymnastics movements (bodyweight movements), and cardiovascular training in a variety of ways allowing you to get stronger and to stay strong overall.  These workouts are done in an environment that thrives on the support of others working alongside you, which often provides just the right amount of encouragement to help you enjoy the workout eventhough you are putting your mind and body up to a challenge.  These classes are for all levels and ages 13 and up.


Student Athletes’ Strength, Speed & Agility Training

All sports, no matter how specialized, require a level of strength, speed, balance, coordination, agility, and conditioning that comes from training outside of the sport-specific movements and skills.  This program has two groups for ages 10-12 years old and for athletes 13 & up.  They will learn proper form, running technique/fundamentals, basics of strength through bodyweight movements, plyometrics and jumping.  Basic movement patterns of weightlifting will also be taught.   The cost is $190/month for unlimited classes, or $150/month for two days/week.

Nutrition Coaching
